Join us at Mitchinson’s Flight Centre for the second annual Girls Take Flight—a high-energy, hands-on aviation event designed to empower and inspire the next generation of female aviators!
This in-person event is all about encouraging young women to dream big and explore the exciting world of aviation. Girls aged 8 to 18 will have the chance to experience free flights (limited spots available), engage in fun and educational activities, and connect with real pilots and aviation professionals—all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Overflow Parking – Lot C (Airport Property):
Located on the east side of the event grounds, Lot C is operated by the airport and mainly reserved under contract. However, a limited number of spaces may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cost: $7/day, payable at the exit gate.
No Street Parking:
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Please do not park on surrounding roads, as this may result in tickets or towing by local authorities. Only use designated parking areas.
Important Note:
Parking is not guaranteed in any location, and event organizers are not responsible for unavailable spaces or fines from improper parking.
We highly recommend carpooling and suggest arriving early to allow time to park. Parking attendants will be available to help direct you.

General Declaration
As a passenger in an aircraft owned or provided by Mitchinson Flying Service, in consideration of the granted use and enjoyment of such aircraft, I hereby agree that the liability of Mitchinson Flying Service for any loss, damage, injury, or death whatsoever shall be limited to a combined single limit for public and passenger liability of $3,000,000 per person. This agreement does not in any way limit or restrict any claim or cause of action Mitchinson Flying Service may have against me. We reserve the right to change terms as circumstances arise.
All attendees are required to complete event registration using EventBrite.
